1. Advance Payments

  • All projects require an advance payment of 25–30% of the total project cost to secure your spot.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable, even if the project is delayed or canceled by the client.
  • This advance ensures scheduling, preparation, and initial resource allocation for your project.

2. Client Responsibilities & Delays

To start a project smoothly, clients must provide:

  • All required logins, credentials, subscriptions, and access for tools, APIs, or platforms.
  • Any necessary materials, content, or approvals within the agreed timeframe.

Important: If required access or materials are not provided within 30 days, the agreement will be considered terminated, and the advance payment will not be refunded. To restart the project after termination, clients must pay an additional 15% of the total project cost.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • If Hussain Abdul Rauf Jatoi fails to deliver the agreed-upon service as per the written contract, proposal, or scope.
  • Refunds will be calculated pro-rata, excluding the non-refundable advance (25–30%).

Note: Refunds are not available for delays caused by:

  • Client failure to provide access or approvals.
  • Third-party platforms, tools, or subscriptions.
  • Force majeure or unforeseen events beyond our control.

4. Global Applicability

  • This Refund Policy applies to all clients worldwide, including Pakistan, the US, UK, EU, and other regions.
  • Clients are responsible for local legal, financial, or tax compliance.
  • Payment and refund rules in this policy are binding regardless of country.
