Your data is used only to:
- Deliver agreed-upon services (AI automation, websites, SEO, branding).

Internal access is strictly limited. Only trusted collaborators (when required for large projects) may have limited access — always under confidentiality agreements.
3. Data Security & Privacy

- Once a project ends, any temporary logins are deleted from my systems.

4. Client Responsibilities (Critical Clauses)
To avoid misunderstandings, the following service-specific rules apply:
Logins & Access
- All required logins, subscriptions, and tools must be provided by the client within 30 days of project start.
- If access is delayed beyond 30 days, the agreement will be considered terminated, and any advance payment is non-refundable.
Scope of Work
- Only the services explicitly agreed upon in writing (proposal, contract, or email confirmation) will be delivered.
- Any additional requests beyond scope will require additional cost.
Testing & Subscriptions
- Any paid tools, APIs, or subscriptions needed for testing purposes are the client’s responsibility.
- I will not purchase or reimburse third-party tools on behalf of clients.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work begins.
- Refunds apply only if I fail to deliver the defined service.
- If the client cancels midway, payments already made are retained.
Ownership of Deliverables
- Ownership of automation workflows, websites, or brand assets transfers only after full payment.
- Until full payment, all materials remain my intellectual property.
Liability Limitation
I am not responsible for:
- Losses caused by downtime, third-party API limits, or subscription cancellations.
- Business loss due to misuse or mismanagement by the client or their team.
- Security breaches in third-party services (Google, Stripe, Zapier, etc.).
6. Third-Party Services
Integrations often involve external platforms (e.g., Zapier, OpenAI, Make, Google APIs). By working with me, you acknowledge that:
- Each platform has its own privacy policy and terms.
- I do not control third-party data handling.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance on their own accounts.
7. Global Clientele
This Privacy Policy applies globally. Whether you are in Pakistan, the UK, the US, or elsewhere, the same rules apply. For clients in regions under GDPR (EU) or CCPA (California), I comply with the respective data rights, including:
- Right to access, correct, or delete your data.
- Right to restrict or object to processing.
- Right to data portability.
