1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or hiring our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

• Services include AI automation, AI agents, SEO, WordPress development, branding, content strategy, and digital growth systems.
• Each service is governed by a written agreement, proposal, or invoice.
• Any additional work not included in the original agreement will require extra fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, clients agree to:

• Provide all necessary logins, access credentials, and required content within 7 business days of request.
• Cover all third-party subscription costs (tools, hosting, APIs, plugins, or software) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Provide timely approvals and feedback during the project timeline.
• Understand that delays in providing information may delay the project delivery.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All projects require advance payment before work begins.
• Remaining payments must be cleared before final delivery.
• Refunds are only available as per our Refund Policy.
• If the client requests more work than what was agreed, additional charges will apply.

5. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables (websites, automations, designs, content) will be transferred to the client after full payment.
• Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Hussain Abdul Rauf Jatoi.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, downtime, or data loss).
• Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and systems.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, plugins, or APIs.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• If terminated by the client, advance payments are non-refundable.
• Work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and must be paid in full.

8. Dispute Resolution & Legal Action

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms — including but not limited to non-payment, breach of contract, unauthorized use of deliverables, or violation of confidentiality — shall first be resolved through mutual discussion or written negotiation within 15 business days.

If no resolution is reached, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the revised Terms.
