Payment Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made from anywhere in the world using legal and recognized payment platforms, including:

• Nayapay
• Bank transfers
• Stripe

We do not accept illegal payment methods, including:

• Dark web transactions
• Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, or similar
• Any method intended to circumvent legal or banking regulations

Clients are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method complies with all local laws and banking regulations.

2. Advance Payments

• Advance payment of 25–30% is required before starting any work.
• If payment is delayed, blocked, or not confirmed by the bank or third-party processor, work will not commence, and HussainJatoi.com is not liable for delays.
• Once advance payment is received and confirmed, it is non-refundable.

3. Payment Delays or Failures

• If payment is sent but not confirmed due to bank, payment processor, or third-party issues, work will not start until confirmation is received.
• If full payment is not received before the agreed project timeline, the project may be delayed or canceled, and previously made advance payments will not be refunded.
• To restart a canceled project, an additional 15% fee on the advance will be required.

4. False Claims and Reputation Protection

Any client falsely claiming that a payment was sent but not received, or alleging fraud/scamming without proof, will be considered misinformation. Such actions violate HussainJatoi.com’s reputation and may be treated as a cybersecurity and defamation case.

The client will be liable for legal action, including but not limited to:

• $50,000 USD fine for misinformation
• All legal and lawyer fees incurred by HussainJatoi.com

False claims are strictly prohibited and will be enforced under applicable global cyber and defamation laws.

5. Responsibility of the Client

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information and ensure that funds are available and transferable through legal channels.
• Cover any transaction fees, taxes, or currency conversion charges applied by banks or payment processors.
• Understand that HussainJatoi.com is not responsible for failed payments caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party financial institutions.

6. Global Applicability

• These Payment Terms apply worldwide, including Pakistan, the US, UK, EU, and all other regions.
• Clients are responsible for adhering to local banking laws and regulations.
• Work will only begin once payment is confirmed through legal and secure channels.

7. Updates to Payment Terms

We may update these Payment Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
